Born in England but raised in New Mexico, Marc was first introduced to yoga as a young football/soccer player. After moving back to England, Marc played professionally and started using some of the poses he could remember. He found that the stretches complemented his game and kept injury at bay. However, it wasn’t until after his professional sports career, when he moved to London, that he started practicing sports therapy and felt the call back to the yoga mat. He remembers a particular class when the penny dropped and he saw how this ancient yogic technology could help his clients get to the root of their physical and mental ailments.

The rabbit hole continued as the spiritual science of Yoga unfolded and offered a direct means of liberating the mind, strengthening the body, and reminding us of our true nature: connection with ourselves, others, and this ever-giving and abundant planet. Yoga is literally a REvolution.

Over the last 5 years, Marc has been teaching on the global stage, from dynamic classes in London’s top studios to soul-quenching workshops and retreats across Europe to the picturesque bamboo shalas of Bali—the place he now calls home.

Marc’s classes seamlessly blend artful body geometry with crystalline mental awareness and emotional intelligence. His passion and curiosity for exploring human potential bring an unending freshness and vibrancy to each class that will carry you through your day.

Yoga

Level 2-3 30 mins

Allow your breath and mindset to lead you through this mindfully physical practice. You’ll flow through a higher-level, higher-intensity sequence with variations in Cat/Cow, Tiger Curl, Lunge, Crow, and Boat Pose. Returning to this practice weekly is recommended to cultivate inner strength consistently. This class previously aired on June 26, 2024.

Yoga

Level 2 20 mins

This Vinyasa practice lights you up with sunshine and is a perfect energy boost for any time. Allow your breath to guide you through activating postures, practice a light shaking technique, and a sweet heart-opener will finish class and kickstart your day. Postures include Warrior I, Warrior II, Side Angle, Wide-Legged Forward Fold, Saddle Pose, and Bridge or Wheel. This class previously aired on June 25, 2024.

Fitness

Level 1 30 mins

Recovery is one of the most important aspects of your performance and success as an athlete. This class provides you with that rest using specific postures, breathwork, and a conscious body scan. As Marc says, “Leaving the intelligence of our body to do what it does best.” Highlights include Supported Fish Pose, Supine Spinal Twist, Supported Seated Forward Fold, Savasana, and Box Breathing.
